Information about the planned volume of gas distribution during the year, which is set by the NEURC together with tariffs and by which all tariff revenues are divided, is provided by the cost structure of regional gas companies. The number and date of the resolution, which contained information about the planned volume of distribution, are also indicated.

One of the main indicators of the reliability (continuity) of electricity supply is the system average interruption duration index (SAIDI), calculated as the ratio of the cumulative length of long breaks at commercial power accounting points where power supply was interrupted during the reporting period to the total number of commercial counting posts.

The file contains information on the distribution of the number of long power breaks in the system according to their duration.

Information regarding foreign trade in coal according to the following Harmonized System (HS) chapter codes: anthracite (2701110000); butuminous coal (2701121000 and 2701129000); coal briquettes, ovoids and similar manufactured solid fuels (2701200000); and other coal (2701190000). The file contains a list of coal mining enterprises and their mines located in the territory uncontrolled by the government of Ukraine, where state authorities temporarily do not exercise their powers. Due to the reduction of the reporting burden on respondents, since 2022 the Statistics Service has canceled the reporting form  "On sales of the light oil products and gas", respectively, no data update is carried out from 01.01.2022.

Information on the conducting of energy efficiency certification for buildings, specifying the characteristics of the subject of certification (year of commissioning, number of floors, heated area, etc.) and data on certificates issued (energy efficiency class, date of issue, information about the performer of energy audit, etc.).

Certification is an energy audit that examines the building’s engineering systems, assess the adequacy of the design level of energy efficiency to meet the minimum requirements and provide recommendations for improving the energy efficiency of buildings that take into account local climatic conditions and are technically and economically feasible.

Due to changes to the Tax Code, the approach to calculation of rent for the use of subsoil for natural gas production has been changed. The corrected approach does not include the use of the average customs value of imported natural gas, and therefore the Ministry of Economy has stopped publication of the indicators. Instead, the actual selling prices of natural gas are used to calculate the rent. These indicators can be found at the link.

Since 08.07.2021, the authority to regulate the activities of all heat supply enterprises, in particular in the area of tariff setting, has been transferred to the local level. Accordingly, the structure of weighted average heat tariffs for 2021 was submitted as of 07.07.2021.

Information on the quality standards for the provision of electricity services and the amount of compensation to consumers for their nonobservance, which were in force in Ukraine from 30.12.2016 to 24.10.2018 under the NEURC Resolution № 1841 of 18.10.2016.

By the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers № 474 of 14 May 2021 the Government introduced the ceiling prices of diesel and gasoline. The respective prices were calculated every 10 days based on the data on average value of 1 liter of ULSD 10 ppm and 1 liter of GASOLINE 10 ppm gasoline provided by Platts Agency. The final price includes the maximum trade margin of 7 UAH for diesel and 5 UAH for gasoline as well, as customs duties and VAT.

The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers № 594 of 17 May 2022 passed a decision to refuse state regulation of fuel prices. Accordingly, from the date of entry into force of the Resolution (May 20, 2022), operators of filling stations independently set the cost of gasoline and diesel.
