- trading activities implementation, etc.
The registry of licensees is formed and maintained by the NEURC and contains information on economic entities (name, type of economic activity, region, telephone number, e-mail address, website) and information on NEURC resolution on the issuance of a license.

The purpose of the statistical import is an objective and reliable accounting of data on the import of goods across the customs border of Ukraine in accordance with international methodological requirements and recommendations. Statistical import data are formed according to customs declarations that complete the customs clearance of goods and contain the most complete and accurate information about goods, regardless of whether or not taxes were paid when importing such goods in accordance with the law. Statistical imports also include goods imported temporarily for a period of more than one year, for processing in the customs territory, in duty-free shops, etc.
Information on industrial turnover indices, which show short-term changes in the volume of sold products of mining and manufacturing. It is calculated as a weighted average of the respective individual turnover indices for each type of activity.

The actual selling price for natural gas produced in Ukraine since August 1, 2022 is the maximum value of the following:
- average weighted price of natural gas, defined in agreements with Naftogaz of Ukraine NJSC;
- average weighted price of natural gas, according to the results of the auctions on organized commodity markets;
- arithmetic mean price of the indicators published in the reports Argus European Natural Gas and ICIS European Spot Gas Market.
Until August 2022, the actual selling price of natural gas was considered to be the price defined in the relevant contracts of purchase and sale of natural gas between the rent-payer and the natural gas market entity, on which the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has special responsibilities regarding the formation of the natural gas resource for households and producers of thermal energy.
According to the Tax Code, the actual selling price of natural gas is used to calculate rent for the use of subsoil for natural gas production.

RAB regulation is a system of long-term tariff formation, the main purpose of which is to attract investment in the development and modernization of electrical networks and stimulate the efficiency of DSOs' costs.
