The UEEX conducts electronic exchange trading in coal products in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine dated 19.06.2012 № 723.

Exchange quotations for coal products are defined as the weighted average price of all concluded agreements during all trade sessions and are displayed in the exchange information, which is posted on the official UEEX website for the trade items "energy coal" and "coking coal".

In addition, if there is metering of electricity consumption for periods of time, consumer settlements are made at a fixed price using coefficients (at the consumer's choice):

1) by two-zone differentiation by periods:

• 0.5 fixed price from 11 pm to 7 am;
• full fixed price at other hours of the day.

2) by three-zone differentiation by periods:

• 1.5 fixed price from 8 am to 11 am and from 8 pm to 10 pm;
• 0.4 fixed price from 11 pm to 7 am;
• full fixed price at other hours of the day.

Information about the planned volume of gas distribution during the year, which is set by the NEURC together with tariffs and by which all tariff revenues are divided, is provided by the cost structure of regional gas companies. The number and date of the resolution, which contained information about the planned volume of distribution, are also indicated.

Information on the results of annual auctions on access to the capacity of Ukraine's cross-border electrical networks by direction of electricity supply. Key indicators include the date of the beginning and end of the auction reserve, the maximum and allocated capacity of cross-border networks, the limit price of electricity and information about the auction winning company, which acquired the right to export and/or import electricity.

According to the Ministry’s Resolution № 2452 of 01.12.2021, annual auctions on access to the capacity of cross-border electrical networks for 2022 are not planned.

Tax rates are determined by subparagraph 215.3.4 of Article 215 of the Tax Code of Ukraine and are set for different groups of goods according to the Ukrainian Classification of Goods for Foreign Economic Activity (UCG FEA).

By February 24, 2022, the indexes were calculated for the trade zone of the main part of the Integrated Power System (IPS) of Ukraine without taking into account the Burshtyn TPP Island.

The section of each DSO contains information about the owner of the securities and the size of his share in the company's capital, as well as information about the securities (form of issue, nominal value and quantity).

NPC "Ukrenergo" as TSO provides transmission of electric power by trunk and interstate networks with a voltage of 110-750 kV from generation to the networks of Distribution System Operators (DSOs) with compliance with electricity and transmission quality criteria and it is responsible for the maintenance, reconstruction and development of the transmission system.

RAB regulation is a system of long-term tariff formation, the main purpose of which is to attract investment in the development and modernization of electrical networks and stimulate the efficiency of DSOs' costs. Such regulation helps to reduce the cost and shorten the period of connection to the power grids of new consumers, improve the quality of the distribution service to existing consumers and reduce the loss of electricity in the networks.

As of 2024, 26 DSOs operate using RAB regulation, the rest - according to the "COST+" method.

The data are calculated as the ratio of the total duration of outages per year to the total number of customers.

One of the main indicators of the reliability (continuity) of electricity supply is the system average interruption duration index (SAIDI), calculated as the ratio of the cumulative length of long breaks at commercial power accounting points where power supply was interrupted during the reporting period to the total number of commercial counting posts.

The file contains information on the distribution of the number of long power breaks in the system according to their duration.

Information on the volumes of fuel usage, including natural gas, coal, gasoline, diesel, fuel oil, biofuels, biogas, and other types of fuel. The data is itemized by regions and purposes of use: conversion into other fuels and energy; own consumption by the energy sector; for non-energy purposes; final consumption; losses during distribution, transportation and storage.

Information on the amount of the service cost to ensure an increase in the share of electricity production from alternative sources provided by the SE Guaranteed Buyer to the system operator Ukrenergo. The calculations of the service cost take into account actual data on the difference between revenues and expenses from the enterprise’s activity in ensuring electricity availability for households (PSO), as well as the prices of imbalance of electricity for the specified period.

Within 1 working day after the decision of the NEURC to approve the amount of the service cost, Ukrenergo should pay for the service to the Guaranteed Buyer.

The Fund for Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression was established in October 2022 as part of the special fund of the State Budget of Ukraine with the aim of eliminating the consequences (including humanitarian, social, and economic) caused by the war. Due to the reduction of the reporting burden on respondents, since 2022 the Statistics Service has canceled the reporting form  "On sales of the light oil products and gas", respectively, no data update is carried out from 01.01.2022.

The data do not include the temporarily occupied territory of AR Crimea. For the information, the total capacity of the facilities built before 2014 in AR Crimea amounted to 495 MW, and the total amount of investment - 800 million EUR.

Information on the conducting of energy efficiency certification for buildings, specifying the characteristics of the subject of certification (year of commissioning, number of floors, heated area, etc.) and data on certificates issued (energy efficiency class, date of issue, information about the performer of energy audit, etc.).

Certification is an energy audit that examines the building’s engineering systems, assess the adequacy of the design level of energy efficiency to meet the minimum requirements and provide recommendations for improving the energy efficiency of buildings that take into account local climatic conditions and are technically and economically feasible.
