Information on the level of buildings equipment with commercial heat energy metering units by regions, indicating the type of buildings, the number of buildings with central heating, the number and share of buildings, which actually equipped with heat metering units. 

Monitoring is based on the information provided by city administrations, which may lead to inconsistencies in published data.

Data on the cost of maintenance of intra-building gas supply systems of apartment buildings located within the area of operation of each Gas Distribution System Operator.

The information is presented in two forms of payment:

• a single payment - the building manager pays the total amount on behalf of all co-owners;
• individual payments - each co-owner pays his share separately on individual receipts.

Information on the quality standards for the provision of electricity distribution services to consumers by Distribution System Operators (DSO) and the amount of compensation to consumers for non-compliance. The corresponding quality standards for electricity supply came into force in 2018 in accordance with NEURC Resolution №375 of 12.06.2018 and were revised in 2021 in accordance with NEURC Resolution №1354 of 18.08.2021.

Results of electronic exchange trades conducted at the Ukrainian Energy Exchange (UEEX) in the direction of electricity. Key indicators include: information about auction participants, initial, minimum, maximum and average weighted price, formed as a result of trades, payment conditions of the resource, load type and other information received from bulletins (bulletin of the weighted average prices and exchange bulletin).

Since 31.12.2024, UEEX has stopped publishing auction bulletins for the sale of electricity and bulletins of weighted average prices.

Information on the volume and share of each energy source used for the production of electricity sold on the Day-Ahead (DAM) and/or Intra-Day (IDM) markets.

According to the Resolution of NEURC № 642 of 26.04.2019, when determining the share of each energy source, the Market Operator does not take into account the resale volumes of the electricity purchased on the DAM and IDM.

Information on the quality standards for electricity supply services to consumers by electricity suppliers and the amount of compensation to consumers for nonobservance of them. The relevant quality standards for electricity supply came into force on 24.10.2018 under NEURC Resolution № 375 of 12.06.2018.

Information on the results of annual auctions on access to the capacity of Ukraine's cross-border electrical networks by direction of electricity supply. Key indicators include the date of the beginning and end of the auction reserve, the maximum and allocated capacity of cross-border networks, the limit price of electricity and information about the auction winning company, which acquired the right to export and/or import electricity.

According to the Ministry’s Resolution № 2452 of 01.12.2021, annual auctions on access to the capacity of cross-border electrical networks for 2022 are not planned.

Information on the results of the exchange electronic trading on the purchase and sale of coal products, conducted by Ukrainian Energy Exchange LLC (UEEX).

The UEEX conducts electronic exchange trading in coal products in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine dated 19.06.2012 № 723.

Exchange quotations for coal products are defined as the weighted average price of all concluded agreements during all trade sessions and are displayed in the exchange information, which is posted on the official UEEX website for the trade items "energy coal" and "coking coal".

Information on the quality standards for the provision of electricity transmission services by the Transmission System Operator (TSO) to consumers and the amount of compensation to consumers for nonobservance with them. The relevant power supply quality standards came into force on 24.10.2018 under NEURC Resolution № 375 of 12.06.2018.

Information on Day-Ahead (DAM) and Intra-Day (IDM) markets participants with indication of the status of the participant (active / suspended).

Information on the electricity generated by private households purchased by Universal Service Suppliers (USS) according to the model of assignment of special duties (PSO).

Information on the average price (including all taxes and levies) for natural gas for household and non-household consumers in Ukraine and other European countries. Prices are differentiated depending on the annual consumption of natural gas and are presented separately in heat units (euro/GJ) and in units of energy (euro/kWh).
