Information on the amount of the service cost to ensure an increase in the share of electricity production from alternative sources provided by the SE Guaranteed Buyer to the system operator Ukrenergo. The calculations of the service cost take into account actual data on the difference between revenues and expenses from the enterprise’s activity in ensuring electricity availability for households (PSO), as well as the prices of imbalance of electricity for the specified period.
Within 1 working day after the decision of the NEURC to approve the amount of the service cost, Ukrenergo should pay for the service to the Guaranteed Buyer.
Information on restoration projects funded by the Fund for Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression. It includes details on the region and administrative-territorial unit, project description, cost, and implementation period.
The Fund for Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression was established in October 2022 as part of the special fund of the State Budget of Ukraine with the aim of eliminating the consequences (including humanitarian, social, and economic) caused by the war. Among the recovery projects are the construction of public buildings and shelters, the reconstruction and repair of critical infrastructure objects, housing for internally displaced persons and those who lost it due to hostilities, etc. Funds are allocated to regions and territorial communities classified as recovery areas:
- where military actions took place;
- which were temporarily occupied;
- that suffered destruction of critical and social infrastructure objects, residential buildings;
- experiencing a significant deterioration in socio-economic development and significant population displacement.
Information on the quality standards for the provision of electricity transmission services by the Transmission System Operator (TSO) to consumers and the amount of compensation to consumers for nonobservance with them. The relevant power supply quality standards came into force on 24.10.2018 under NEURC Resolution № 375 of 12.06.2018.
