Information on the expenditures of the state budget of Ukraine directed to the implementation of programs and activities by the State Agency of Ukraine on Exclusion zone management. All expenses are divided between the general (funds are intended for the implementation of general functions) and special (funds have a specific purpose) budget funds. Among the main items of expenditure: maintaining an environmentally safe state in the Exclusion zone, radiological protection of the population and environmental rehabilitation of the territory, performing work in the field of radioactive waste management of the non-nuclear cycle, construction of the "Vector" complex and operation of its facilities, maintaining power units and the "Ukryttia" Object of Chornobyl NPP in a safe condition and its decommissioning, etc.

The file contains information about the base load indexes, which were formed on the Bilateral Contracts Market (BCM) during the calendar month, quarter, half-year, the volume of trades and the cost of electricity sold.

Base load index (monthly / quarterly / half-year) – the average weighted price indicator calculated cumulatively, determined by dividing the total value of the sold electricity of the base load (without VAT) by the total volume of sold electricity, according to the period of supply, which covers the full calendar month, quarter, half-year, which is the next after the settlement.

By February 24, 2022, the indexes were calculated for the trade zone of the main part of the Integrated Power System (IPS) of Ukraine without taking into account the Burshtyn TPP Island.

Information on price caps for supply of balancing electric power, which are applied by the transmission system operator (TSO) Ukrenergo in the market management system, separately for trade zones (until 24.02.2022).

The file contains information on income, expenses and results of activities of enterprises whose activities are related to the production of goods and the provision of services in the energy sector. Data are obtained from reports of enterprises on financial results (form No. 2).

Information on market participants' bids for purchasing electricity on the day-ahead market (DAM) with specified volumes and prices for each hour of the day.

Information on the results of monthly auctions on access to the capacity of Ukraine’s cross-border electrical networks by direction of electricity supply, indicating the date of the beginning and end of the auction reserve, the maximum and allocated capacity of cross-border networks, the limit price of electricity and information about the auction winning company, which acquired the right to export and / or import electricity.

The data for February 2022 are not available due to the cancellation of the monthly auction on distribution of capacity for all directions in February in accordance with the Resolution of NEURC № 122 of 25.01.2022.

Information on the number of smart meters with remote reading and control installed in household consumers by distribution system operators (DSO). The level of equipment of consumers and the number of meters planned for installation are also indicated.

Tax rates are determined by subparagraph 215.3.4 of Article 215 of the Tax Code of Ukraine and are set for different groups of goods according to the Ukrainian Classification of Goods for Foreign Economic Activity (UCG FEA).

Information on the competition on the retail natural gas market, namely the shares market structure by volume of natural gas supply to consumers. Among the suppliers: DTEK, Regional Gas Company, Naftogaz, Tviy Gaszbut and others.

Information on the number of consumers who lost electricity supply due to hostilities and number of consumers for whom the electricity supply has been restored. The file is formed from statistical reports of the Ministry of Energy "Operational update regarding the russian invasion" and is presented in daily detail by regions. In the reports, the data controller often skips some data for particular regions, as a result, it is not possible to calculate the total value for Ukraine independently, but it is available in the general file about the number of consumers without electricity supply and electricity recovery in Ukraine by link.

Information on the hourly power balance of the Integrated Power System (IPS) of Ukraine in terms of generation components: nuclear, cogeneration, renewable, thermal, hydroelectric, pumped storage power plants and volumes of electricity consumption. Electricity production by renewables takes into account the volumes of electricity produced by generating facilities of private households. Power consumption does not include pumping volumes of the PSPP. Interstate flows: EU, Moldova and up to 24.02.2022 Belarus and Russia.

The dataset reflects the implementation status of the Energy Efficiency Fund's program "VidnovyDIM", which was launched in November 2022. The goal of this program is to fund construction work to restore residential buildings damaged due to the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. The source of funding for the program is the funds of the European Union.

The file contains information about the program participant (housing cooperatives), including the name, location address, area, number of households, dates of application submission and joining the program, a list of construction works, as well as the project cost and the amount of the granted funds paid.

Information on the participants of the energy efficiency support program for multi-apartment buildings called "Energodim," which is implemented by the Energy Efficiency Fund. The program offers partial reimbursement of costs for energy efficiency measures ranging from 40% to 70%. Housing cooperatives (OSBB) can utilize these funds for the installation of individual heating substations, hydraulic system balancing, insulation of pipelines, insulation of walls, roofs, and basement floors, replacement of doors and windows, and more.

Monitoring is based on the information provided by city administrations, which may lead to inconsistencies in published data.

State of implementation of energy saving and energy efficiency projects with the participation of the Energy Efficiency Fund under the "Energodim" program. It contains key information on the number and results of consideration of applications, the cost and implementation of projects in the field of energy efficiency.

The program offers partial reimbursement of costs for energy efficiency measures ranging from 40% to 70%. The status of projects involving the restoration of residential buildings damaged due to the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine under the "VidnovyDIM" program by the Energy Efficiency Fund. The dataset contains essential information regarding the number and outcomes of application reviews, project costs, and the progress of restoration works.

The fund provides participants in the program with grants on a non-repayable basis, covering 100% of the material and labour costs, up to a maximum of 7.2 million UAH per building. These funds can be utilized by housing cooperatives for the repair or replacement of damaged windows and doors, roofs, facades, and engineering systems.

Information on the amount and level of radioactivity of the main harmful substances emissions in the environment as a result of the the nuclear power plants (NPPs) operation separately for each of the power units. The emission level is also shown as a percentage of the allowable emission standards.

Information on the volume and share of each energy source used for the production of electricity sold on the Day-Ahead (DAM) and/or Intra-Day (IDM) markets.

According to the Resolution of NEURC № 642 of 26.04.2019, when determining the share of each energy source, the Market Operator does not take into account the resale volumes of the electricity purchased on the DAM and IDM.

Information from the Register of electric power facilities and electrical installations of consumers (including active consumers) using alternative energy sources for electricity production.

The register includes a list of power plants that produce electricity from alternative energy sources: solar radiation, water, wind, biomass, and biogas. For each generation facility, the register provides information about its owner, location (region), name, and details about the support scheme for production from RES (e.g., "green" tariff).

Information on the volume of liquefied natural gas (LNG) imports by European countries indicating partner countries. LNG volumes are indicated in cubic units - cubic meters and energy units - terajoules.

A list of varieties of energy plants officially registered in the State Register of plant varieties suitable for dissemination in Ukraine. It includes information about the plant, such as crop group, botanical taxon, variety name, registration date, patent availability, recommendations for the cultivation zone, as well as information about the country of variety origin, variety owner, and applicant.

Energy plants are annual and perennial fast-growing forest or agricultural crops that can be used as biomass or for biofuel production.

Information on Electricity Balancing Service Providers (BSP) from the BSP Registry maintained by the Transmission System Operator (TSO) of NPC "Ukrenergo". The registry contains information on the market participant: EIC and USREOU codes, company name, location, role, status of registration and contact details, as well as information on concluded agreements on the imbalances settlement and participation in the balancing market.

The dataset reflects the status of the implementation of the "GreenDIM" Energy Efficiency Fund program, which was launched in May 2024. The goal of this program is to increase the use of renewable energy, as well as improve energy efficiency and energy security in the residential sector.

The file contains information about the program participant (housing cooperatives), including the name, address, area and number of households, dates of application and joining the program, direction of financing (installation of a solar power plant and/or heat pump), as well as the cost of the project and the amount of the grant paid.

Information on the number of consumers and settlements who lost natural gas supply due to hostilities and number of consumers for whom the natural gas supply has been restored. The file is formed from official messages of local gas Distribution Network Operators (DNO) and Regional Military Administrations (RMA) and is presented in daily detail by regions.

State of implementation of projects to stimulate the use of alternative energy sources with the participation of the Energy Efficiency Fund under the "GreenDIM" program. It contains key information on the number and results of consideration of applications, the cost and implementation of renewable energy projects.

The program offers partial reimbursement of the cost of equipment and energy efficiency certification in the amount of up to 70%. Housing cooperatives (homeowners associations and construction and housing cooperatives) can utilize these funds for the installation of solar power plants (SPPs), heat pumps, and related equipment.

Information of sales volume of industrial products of the mining and processing industry, as well as electricity, gas and steam supply. Starting from 2022, the data is detailed by the volumes of product sales separately within and outside the country.

Information on the amount of losses caused by the energy infrastructure and utilities of Ukraine as a result of the war. Also indicated the amount of needs in restoration of destroyed objects.

The file is formed from analytical reports of the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE) together with the relevant ministries of Ukraine prepared within the framework of the National Council for the Recovery of Ukraine from the Consequences of the War.

Information on industrial turnover indices, which show short-term changes in the volume of sold products of mining and manufacturing. It is calculated as a weighted average of the respective individual turnover indices for each type of activity.

Data exclude the temporarily occupied territory of the AR of Crimea, the city of Sevastopol and a part of temporarily occupied territories in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

Information on foreign trade in petroleum products, including: spirits, gasoil, fuel oil, aviation spirit and other.

Key indicators: foreign trade volumes itemized by partner countries as well as imports/exports in monetary equivalent.

Monthly data is derived from respective cumulative information of the data administrator by subtracting from the study period the same figures as in the previous reporting period.

Information on foreign trade in petroleum products, including: spirits, gasoil, fuel oil,  aviation spirit and other.

Key indicators: foreign trade volumes itemized by partner countries as well as imports/exports in monetary equivalent.

Data is cumulative, i.e. recorded on an accrual basis from beginning of the year.

Information on foreign trade in oil and petroleum products with following UCGFEA codes (Ukrainian Classification of Goods for Foreign Economic Activity): 2709 (crude oil) 2710 (petroleum products).

Key indicators: foreign trade volumes itemized by partner countries as well as imports/exports in monetary equivalent.

Monthly data is derived from respective cumulative information of the data administrator by subtracting from the study period the same figures as in the previous reporting period.

Information on the capital invested in enterprises of extractive (extraction of natural gas, coal, oil, and other raw materials) and processing industries (production of coke and oil refining products), as well as in the supply of electricity, gas, and heat.



Capital investments include expenses for the acquisition or creation of assets: tangible (buildings and engineering structures, machinery and vehicles, equipment, land, etc.) and intangible (software and databases, copyright, patents, licenses, the right to use natural resources, etc.).

Information on the electricity generated by private households purchased by Universal Service Suppliers (USS) according to the model of assignment of special duties (PSO).
