In connection with the termination of publication of NPC Ukrenergo data due to the martial law, the indicators of foreign electricity trade have been received from the public dashboard of the NEURC since February 24, 2022.

Note: customs clearance of a significant amount of gas (code 2711) imported in 2014-2016 was carried out in December 2022 - State Customs Service.

The file contains information on specific export-import operations for headings UCG FEA "2701" - coal, anthracite, solid fuel and "2702" - lignite (brown coal). Key indicators include the country of origin, the country of dispatch or destination, the weight and price of the goods, the type of declaration, etc.

Information on specific export-import operations is information entered by declarants into customs declarations in accordance with the procedure established by law for customs clearance of goods in import and export customs regimes.

Information on industrial turnover indices, which show short-term changes in the volume of sold products of mining and manufacturing. It is calculated as a weighted average of the respective individual turnover indices for each type of activity.

Data exclude the temporarily occupied territory of the AR of Crimea, the city of Sevastopol and a part of temporarily occupied territories in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

Information of sales volume of industrial products of the mining and processing industry, as well as electricity, gas and steam supply. Starting from 2022, the data is detailed by the volumes of product sales separately within and outside the country.

Information regarding the average value of imported natural gas in USD and UAH.

Due to changes to the Tax Code, the approach to calculation of rent for the use of subsoil for natural gas production has been changed. The corrected approach does not include the use of the average customs value of imported natural gas, and therefore the Ministry of Economy has stopped publication of the indicators. Instead, the actual selling prices of natural gas are used to calculate the rent. These indicators can be found at the link.

By February 24, 2022, the volumes of electric flows include flows caused by parallel operation of the Russian and Ukrainian power systems and flows for supplying the deadlocked areas of load for border consumers of the power systems of Belarus and Ukraine.

The volumes of emergency power supplies between the power systems include assistance in the event of a breach of system operation under the contracts "On ensuring emergency mutual power supply to ensure the reliability of the system" concluded between the Transmission System Operators (TSOs) of Ukraine and Belarus of 30.12.2020 and between the TSOs of Ukraine and Slovakia of 05.02.2021.
