State of energy efficiency projects implementation under the "Energodim" program
State of implementation of energy saving and energy efficiency projects with the participation of the Energy Efficiency Fund under the "Energodim" program. It contains key information on the number and results of consideration of applications, the cost and implementation of projects in the field of energy efficiency.
The program offers partial reimbursement of costs for energy efficiency measures ranging from 40% to 70%. Housing cooperatives (OSBB) can utilize these funds for the installation of individual heating substations, hydraulic system balancing, insulation of pipelines, insulation of walls, roofs, and basement floors, replacement of doors and windows, and more.

Package "A" includes mandatory measures such as the installation of a commercial heat energy meter, modernization of heating systems, and hydraulic balancing of the heating system. It also includes optional measures, such as insulation of pipelines and other modernization actions at various levels of the building. Package "B" encompasses all mandatory measures from Package "A" and adds comprehensive work on insulating external walls, roofs, basement ceiling slabs, and replacement or repair of external doors. In addition to this, Package "B" contains optional measures, such as modernizing the hot water supply system, insulating interior spaces, upgrading lighting and ventilation systems, and other modernization measures aimed at improving the energy efficiency of the building. |
