Data
Information on the state of solid mineral deposits of Ukraine: lignite, hard and bituminous coal. Data include balance and off-balance reserves.
Information on energy intensity of gross domestic product (GDP) by final consumption and total primary energy supply. This indicator shows the level of expenditure of fuel and energy resources per unit of GDP produced.
Since 2014, the data are not included the temporarily occupied territory of AR Crimea, Sevastopol and part of the temporarily occupied territories in Donetsk and Luhansk regions. Data for 2020 are operational. In some cases, the sum of the components may not equal the total due to rounding.
GDP at purchasing power parity (PPP) is published according to the World Bank, which has published PPP prices in international dollars since 2019 and revised the corresponding data for previous years.
A product energy balance is a balance sheet of an individual energy product that shows the origin of the product (production, imports, diminished reserves) and the direction of its use (export, increase in reserves, cost of conversion, non-energy use, final energy consumption), measured in units that correspond to the energy product under consideration.
Product balances are formed for each energy product, regardless of its volume. They are considered as the main accounting tools for constructing the overall energy balance, and for generating high-order agglomerated data
Information on the actual values of the average long power outages (SAIDI) caused by companies, planned interruptions or as a result of force majeure, structured by licensees for the distribution of electricity.
The data are calculated as the ratio of the total number of outages per quarter to the total number of clients.
Information on the technological electricity losses in the distribution system of 1 and 2 voltage classes by licensees for the distribution of electricity.
The energy balance of the state is a system of indicators that shows the complete quantitative correspondence between the supply and use (including losses and residues) of all energy sources (fossil, renewable (RES) and nuclear power) in the economy as a whole or in its individual components.
The energy balance is developed in a tabular format that contains energy statistics from the supply and use of energy products in the general units of energy accounting - tons of oil equivalent. Thus, the overall energy balance allows for the monitoring of energy conversion efficiency, the relative importance of the supply of different fuels in the overall structure, and also provides a basis for derivative energy consumption and efficiency.
Information on electricity suppliers that operate in the territory of distribution system operators (DSOs), including supplier and DSO information, supply segment, amount of electricity distributed, type and number of customers.
The information is collected according to the contractual relationship between the supplier and the DSO. Consequently, companies that did not have contracts with the DSO were not listed.
The last month’s supply of electricity is the DSO operational information and may be inconsistent with the suppliers.
Information on forecast volumes of electricity production and consumption, imports and exports, as well as electric power flows of the Integrated Power System (IPS) of Ukraine for the estimated year.
The forecast electricity balance is based on ambient temperatures; the rate of growth or decline in electricity consumption; the water level of rivers; the opportunity for electricity export or import; plans for the development of TPP, NPP, HPP, HPSPP and RES generation; and plans for the development of electricity networks; socio-economic development of the country; volume of own production of fuel and forecast prices for it; forecast prices of electricity in related markets.
Based on the results of the work monitoring of the IPS of Ukraine it is permissible to revise the approved forecast balance of electric power, therefore all the revisions of the forecast balances with the date of their approval are collected in the file.
Archived data regarding gas reserves itemized by underground natural gas storages (UGS) for the period of June 2014 - 14 July 2020. Besides, the information is given on the volumes of natural gas injected in and withdrawn from the storages as well as the project and free capacity of the latter. Given the fact, that data administrator changed the structure of respective data, this resource is archived, while up-to-date information on volumes of gas in Ukrainian UGS can be found in the resources "Natural gas in Ukrainian UGS (up-to-date information)".
Information on the structure of expenditures for the thermal energy production, transportation, and supply for the needs of the population, budgetary institutions, religious organizations and other consumers, as established by the relevant NEURC resolutions. Such expenditures include fuel costs, plant technology requirements, labour costs, heat transportation, financial costs and estimated profits. Part of the above-mentioned cost elements and the planned sales of thermal energy for each licensee is equal to the amount of the set heat tariffs.
Since 08.07.2021, the authority to regulate the activities of all heat supply enterprises, in particular in the area of tariff setting, has been transferred to the local level.
Information about the cost of the main components of electricity supply tariffs, which were formed before 01.07.2019 in accordance with the methods and rules of the Wholesale Electricity Market (WEM) of Ukraine, by producers.
