Distribution of expenses for storage, injection, withdrawal of natural gas

Information on distribution of expenses of UGS operator between tariffs for natural gas storage, injection and withdrawal. Besides, the type of expenditure is also mentioned (conditionally variable, conditionally fixed and mixed). The distribution is provided for by the Resolution of National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission №1131 dated 13/06/2021.

conditionally variable expenditures - expenditures, absolute values of which increases with increase of service supply (injection, withdrawal and storage of natural gas) and reduces with its reduction.

conditionally fixed expenditures - expenditures, absolute values of which doesn't depend on service supply volumes.

mixed expenditures - expenditures, absolute values of which changes with change service supply volumes but unproportionally
