Cost structure of gas distribution system operators

Information regarding planned cost structure of distribution system operators, imposed by the National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission (NEURC) together with distribution tariffs. The data is itemized by distribution system operators with reference to respective NEURC resolutions by which cost structure is imposed. The costs are divided into three levels, so that by summing lower-level cost items one can obtain higher-level cost item. For the purposes of data unification, the wording of some cost items were changed without changing their actual meaning.
