Information on electricity consumption limitation measures
Data on the application of planned stabilization electricity outages for households by the transmission system operator NPC Ukrenergo. The data covers outages that were introduced in all or most (more than 50%) regions of Ukraine. Starting from June 2024 the number of queues is taken into account (the greater the electricity deficit in the system, the more customer queues are limited simultaneously).

A queue is a group of customers with a certain level of electricity consumption.
During the electricity outages from October 2022 to May 2024 (inclusive), the number of queues was determined by the distribution system operators (DSOs) independently, in accordance with Ukrenergo's commands.
Starting from June 2024, consumers in each region that are not included in the list of critical infrastructure facilities and enterprises importing a certain amount of electricity were divided into 6 queues. Starting from December 2024, each queue was further divided into two sub-queues.
