Cross-border connection between Ukraine and neighboring countries (Moldova, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary; Russia and Belarus (up to 24.02.2022).
On February 24, 2022, Ukraine’s energy system was disconnected from the power systems of Russia and Belarus, respectively, there were no electricity flows since that period. Additionally, from that period, two separate trade zones "Burshtyn energy island" and "Integrated Power System of Ukraine" were merged into one.
