Procurements of electricity for transmission system losses compensation

Since Ukrenergo is responsible for the operation, dispatch, maintenance and development of the transmission system, it is responsible for compensating for the technological losses of the transmission of electricity. For this purpose, Ukrenergo purchases electricity, most of which is purchased in the day-ahead market (DAM) (60-85%), less under bilateral contracts (10-40%) and a small part in the intraday market (IDM) (1-3%).
In addition to the amount of electricity purchased to compensate for technological losses, the file contains data on the cost of the purchased resource.
