The data set contains information on the dynamics of actual prices for oil and condensate. This index is calculated by the Ministry for Development of Economy, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine pursuant to paragraph 8 of Article 252 of the Tax Code of Ukraine as the average price for one barrel of Urals oil converted into hryvnia per ton at the exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine as of the 1st day of the month that follows the tax (reporting) period. The price is calculated on the basis of the information of the international agency (UralsMediterranean and UralsRotterdam quotations). It is used to calculate the rent for subsoil use for the purpose of extraction of oil and condensate.
