Restoration projects financed by the Fund for Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression

The Fund for Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression was established in October 2022 as part of the special fund of the State Budget of Ukraine with the aim of eliminating the consequences (including humanitarian, social, and economic) caused by the war. Among the recovery projects are the construction of public buildings and shelters, the reconstruction and repair of critical infrastructure objects, housing for internally displaced persons and those who lost it due to hostilities, etc. Funds are allocated to regions and territorial communities classified as recovery areas:

• where military actions took place;
• which were temporarily occupied;
• that suffered destruction of critical and social infrastructure objects, residential buildings;
• experiencing a significant deterioration in socio-economic development and significant population displacement.
